My name is Jason but I'm known as Jay.
I am based in Ashford in Kent.
My back ground before becoming a therapist was in the care sector, supporting adults with learning disabilities. I have also been a foster carer for 10 years. I am an openly gay man with many life experiences. My experience of supporting others through trauma and disadvantages led me to train as a therapist. I am passionate in helping others to become more self aware and live fuller lives.
I have trained as an integrative therapist, which means I combine different approaches to find the right way of working with you.
I am a member of the BACP ethical body.
Here is my therapy room.
